We had a fantastic stay at the former castle in Neustadt-Glewe. The rooms were spacious and architecturally beautiful. The surrounding countryside for biking and driving was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was fabulous, and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel location was in a nice area close to the city center, with good parking facilities and transportation. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed spending time in the beer garden next to the quiet river.

We stayed in a historical building with beautiful architecture. the breakfast was good and the private parking was convenient. We also appreciated the spacious room and the location near the motorway.

The service was poor and not very welcoming. We were disappointed that there was no table or desk to work on.

Spent Christmas at a gorgeous hotel with stunning traditional decoration and the most comfortable beds ever. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and featured an excellent wine list, and parking was free and easy to use, which is always a good thing. It was centrally located near everything we wanted to visit and explore, and the restaurant was not only interesting but also served excellent food.

The hotel location is right next to a very busy main road that was loud all night long, which didn't allow us to sleep as we would have liked. The bathroom was not the same as shown on the pictures, and some of the amenities were not up to standard.

The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. I also loved the various amenities offered, such as the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the lovely terrace where I could sit and relax. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience here!

the room was spacious and comfortably furnished, with impressive dark wood paneling. the breakfast spread was excellent, and the location was perfect , close to a charming town center and scenic riverfront, with plenty of activities nearby. I was especially impressed with the helpful and friendly staff, who made my stay stress, free and enjoyable. Plus, the on, site lift was a helpful feature for getting around the expansive building.
